The Andaman and Nicobar Police has officially announced a major recruitment drive for 2026, offering 495 vacancies across Group B (Non-Gazetted) and Group C positions. The selection process will include multiple stages such as physical measurement and endurance tests, written examination, skill or trade tests (depending on the post), followed by document verification and medical examination.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed Class 10, 12, or graduation from a recognized board or university, depending on the specific post. Additionally, applicants must meet skill-based requirements where applicable.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 to 33 years (post-specific)
- Maximum Age for Women: Up to 38 years
- Age will be calculated as of May 17, 2026
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹1,12,400, depending on the position. Additional allowances and government benefits will also be included.
Selection Process
