New Delhi : DAKSHTA For Young Professionals is a new collection of courses available on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform. This curated collection consists of 18 courses designed to enhance the competencies of young professionals and consultants engaged in the government sector.
The courses cover a range of topics including data-driven decision making, code of conduct for government employees, office procedures, effective communication, stress management, public policy research, emerging technologies, and more.
Currently, 40 young professionals and consultants in NITI Aayog are undergoing induction training using this collection of courses. The courses are available on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform, which is an online portal designed to guide government officials in their capacity building journey. The platform offers various features such as online learning, competency management, career management, discussions, events, and networking.
Mission Karmayogi, the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building, aims to build a smart, citizen-friendly, and future-ready public workforce in line with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India. To support this mission, Karmayogi Bharat, a government-owned, not-for-profit SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), has been established by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions. Karmayogi Bharat is responsible for managing and improving the iGOT Karmayogi Platform.
