State-owned defense manufacturer Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) delivered robust financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26, ended December 2025, with significant year-on-year growth in profitability and revenue.
The company‘s consolidated net profit for the quarter increased 29.6 percent to ₹1,866.66 crore, compared to ₹1,439.79 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Revenue from operations rose 10.65 percent to ₹7,698.80 crore from ₹6,957.31 crore a year earlier. Total income, including other revenue streams, reached ₹8,612.60 crore, up from ₹7,588.71 crore in the year-ago period.
In a separate development, HAL’s board of directors approved an interim dividend of ₹35 per equity share on the face value of ₹5, equivalent to 700 percent. The company informed stock exchanges that the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders as per regulatory timelines.
