This comes a day after he performed a similar ritual on January 14 during the Pongal festivities, highlighting his continued respect for India’s cultural and traditional practices.
On both festivals, PM Modi engaged in the age-old custom of cow service, which holds deep significance in Indian culture. The gesture reflects reverence toward cattle and the symbolic role they play in agriculture, prosperity, and rural life.
