CBSE Board Exams to be Conducted Twice a Year

- Students can appear in two board exams, but the pass certificate will be issued only after the second attempt.
- Those who do not appear for the second exam can use the first exam’s performance for admission into class 11 through DigiLocker.
- Examination fees will increase due to the biannual exam structure.

Practical Exams & Internal Assessments
Under the new system, only one practical exam/internal assessment will be conducted. Students failing the first board exam will receive provisional admission to class 12, with final admission being subject to their performance in the second exam.
