One of Bollywood’s most awaited war films, ‘Border 2’, has sparked fresh excitement among fans with a major update related to its most iconic song. The legendary track ‘Sandese Aate Hain’, originally featured in the 1997 blockbuster Border, is set to return in the sequel—but with a new name.
The original song remains deeply etched in the hearts of audiences for its emotional portrayal of soldiers stationed at the border, capturing themes of separation, sacrifice, and longing for family. In Border 2, the makers have decided to reintroduce the song in a refreshed format while preserving its emotional soul.
🎵 ‘Sandese Aate Hain’ Gets a New Title
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the song has been officially listed in the film’s censor certificate with a new title, ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’. The track runs for 3 minutes and 23 seconds and has been cleared without any cuts.
While the melody stays true to the emotional depth of the original composition, the new title places stronger emphasis on a soldier’s yearning to return home, adding a fresh narrative layer to the classic song.
