The Indian box office witnessed a major face-off on Friday as Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster “Dhurandhar” continued its dream run, even as James Cameron’s much-awaited “Avatar: Fire and Ash” hit theaters nationwide. Despite fresh releases, the Hindi action drama showed no signs of slowing down.
Dhurandhar Box Office Collection
Now completing two weeks in cinemas, Dhurandhar delivered an impressive performance on its 15th day, earning ₹22.50 crore on Friday. With this, the film’s total domestic collection has surged to ₹483 crore, putting it firmly on track to cross the ₹500 crore milestone in the coming days.
Avatar: Fire and Ash Opening Day Collection
James Cameron’s epic franchise returned with its third installment, Avatar: Fire and Ash, which opened to a solid ₹20.05 crore in India on Day 1.

English: ₹9 crore
Hindi: ₹5.5 crore
Telugu: ₹2.85 crore
Tamil: ₹2.60 crore
Kannada: ₹0.08 crore

Durlabh Prasad Ki Doosri Shaadi
Starring Sanjay Mishra and Mahima Chaudhary, the satire comedy had a muted release due to limited screens. The film managed just ₹6 lakh on its opening day, struggling amid stiff competition from big-ticket releases.
Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2
Kapil Sharma’s sequel continued to underperform. On its 8th day, the film earned only ₹22 lakh, taking its total collection to ₹11.07 crore, signaling an early exit from theaters.
Akhanda 2 Box Office Update
Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 remains steady in its second week. After a strong ₹76.75 crore first week, the film added ₹1.77 crore on Friday, pushing its total to ₹78.52 crore.
