Major streaming platforms are gearing up for significant releases on Friday, January 30, 2026, led by the digital premiere of Ranveer Singh-starrer spy thriller Dhurandhar on Netflix.
Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, follows Ranveer Singh as undercover agent Hamza Ali Mazari infiltrating a dangerous syndicate in Karachi. The film also features Akshay Khanna, R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal. It became the first Hindi film to cross ₹1,000 crore in India gross collections during its theatrical run. Netflix reportedly acquired the streaming rights in a deal valued at approximately ₹285 crore, marking one of the largest such agreements for a Hindi title.
Bhumi Pednekar-led psychological crime thriller series Daldal will stream on Amazon Prime Video. Bhumi Pednekar plays DCP Rita Ferreira, investigating a ruthless serial killer in Mumbai while confronting personal trauma and corruption. The series is adapted from Vish Dhamija‘s novel Bhendi Bazaar.
Internationally, Bridgerton Season 4 will also premiere on Netflix.
Following the success of Dhurandhar, its sequel, Dhurandhar 2, has been scheduled for theatrical release on March 19, 2026.
