The ongoing conflict in West Asia continues to intensify as Iran announced the launch of the 46th wave of “Operation True Promise 4.” Iranian officials said the operation involves precision missiles and drones targeting military positions and command centers linked to the United States and Israel.
The conflict in the region has now entered its 15th day, with rising military activity and heightened tensions across multiple fronts.
Iranian Military Spokesperson Issues Warning
Speaking in a televised address on Saturday, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, issued a strong warning directed at the United States and Israel.
He said those responsible for the conflict would be held accountable for the bloodshed and damage caused during the ongoing hostilities.
According to Zolfaghari, the latest phase of the operation involves targeted strikes against military sites and command structures associated with Israeli and U.S. forces.

Iranian Defense Claims Drone Interceptions
Zolfaghari also stated that Iran’s air defense systems intercepted and destroyed several unmanned aerial vehicles, including U.S. MQ-9 drones, in areas such as Firouzabad, Bandar Abbas, and Tabriz.
According to Iranian officials, a total of 112 drones of different types — including reconnaissance, combat, and suicide drones — have been neutralized since the start of the conflict.
The spokesperson described these actions as part of a broader defensive strategy involving Iran’s military, aerospace forces, naval units, and allied regional groups.
Previous Phase of the Operation
Iranian officials also referred to the 45th wave of Operation True Promise 4, which they said was conducted earlier with the code phrase “Ya Sahib al-Zaman.”
That phase reportedly involved the use of “Kheibar Shekan” solid-fuel precision missiles and attack drones targeting areas described as military or strategic sites.
Locations cited included areas near Haifa, Caesarea, Zar’it, and Shlomi, as well as the Holon military-industrial complex. Iranian officials also mentioned strikes linked to U.S. regional facilities such as Al Dhafra and Erbil, which they said were targeted after warnings were issued.
