Made on a modest budget of around ₹3 crore, the film recovered its entire production cost within just four days of release. It is now firmly positioned as a highly profitable venture for its makers.

Sirai opened with a respectable ₹1.05 crore on Day 1, and collections have remained stable since then, supported by positive word of mouth and the extended New Year holiday period.
