Tata Capital Secures ₹4,642 Crore from Anchor Investors
Ahead of its highly anticipated IPO, Tata Capital has raised ₹4,642 crore from anchor investors. The company allotted 14.24 crore shares to 135 funds at a price of ₹326 per share.
The IPO, valued at ₹15,512 crore, is set to open October 6-8. It consists of:
21 crore new shares
26.58 crore shares offered for sale
Stake Sale and Proceeds
Tata Sons and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will reduce their stake as part of the IPO. The funds raised from the issue will be utilized to strengthen Tata Capital’s capital base.
