New Delhi — : The former J&K Governor Satyapal Malik, currently undergoing treatment in a hospital ICU, has shaken social media with a powerful and emotional post on X (formerly Twitter). Amid serious health concerns and a CBI chargesheet in the Kiru Hydropower Project case, Malik has openly challenged the system and made a direct appeal to the public, declaring that even if he does not survive, the truth must be told.

Satyapal Malik’s ICU Post Sparks Nationwide Buzz

Malik revealed through a series of posts that he has been battling kidney complications for nearly a month and was recently shifted to the ICU again. “Hello friends, I have been in hospital for a month. My condition is serious. Whether I live or not, I want to tell the truth to my countrymen,” he wrote.

Along with his health update, Malik also made available a personal contact number – 96105 44972 – in what appears to be a desperate attempt to communicate directly with the people.

“I Was Offered Rs 150 Crore in Bribes as Governor”

In a bombshell revelation, Malik claimed he was offered bribes of ₹150 crore when he held the post of Governor. He proudly mentioned that, like his political idol Chaudhary Charan Singh, he rejected all offers and upheld honesty during his tenure.

He also claimed that the CBI action against him is a retaliation for refusing to cooperate with corrupt interests. Malik alleged that he cancelled the tender in question and even informed Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the alleged corruption in the Kiru Hydro Project.

“I Was with Farmers and Wrestlers Without Political Motive”

Recounting his support for popular movements, Malik mentioned that he stood with farmers during their protest and later supported the women wrestlers’ protest from Jantar Mantar to India Gate, claiming he did so without any political greed.

He also questioned why the Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of brave Indian soldiers, still hasn’t been investigated properly by the current government. He said, “I raised my voice then and I stand by my words now.”

“Government Trying to Trap Me with False CBI Case”

Malik claimed that the government is using CBI as a tool to defame and harass him, accusing him of a scam where he was the one who canceled the deal after pointing out corruption. He added that the tender was later passed under someone else’s name after his transfer.

He also warned government agencies, stating, “I belong to a farmer’s family. I am not afraid and I will not bow down.”

Satyapal Malik Says He Has No Wealth, Lives in One Room

Despite holding top political positions for over 50 years, Malik said he is living in a single-room house and is deeply in debt. He wrote, “If I had money, I would have been in a private hospital right now.”

Malik’s post has gone wildly viral, drawing sharp attention from across the political and media spectrum. With heavy charges, raw emotion, and shocking claims, the former governor’s message has sparked national-level debate on corruption, governance, and political retaliation.
