Rohtak – The leader of Dera Sacha Sauda, returned to the Sunaria jail on Wednesday evening after serving a 21-day parole. During his parole period, he stayed at the Barnawa Ashram in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The Congress party raised concerns when he was released from jail on October 2, just three days before the voting for the Haryana Assembly elections.
It’s important to note that Gurmeet Ram Rahim had requested an emergency parole. Following this, the Election Commission approved the parole on September 30 with three specific conditions. These conditions stipulated that the Dera chief would not undertake any visits within Haryana after his release, refrain from participating in any political activities during the election period, and avoid engaging in any election-related activities on social media.
