Chief Minster Shri Virbhadra Singh released a book titled ‘ Twilight Broodings’, a collection of poems by Shri R.A. Lakhanpal. a retired senior audit officer here today.
The poems offers a protean variety but revolves around the nature.
The Chief Minister appreciated the work of the writer and said that Shri Lakhanpal collection of poems will give a feel of the virgin beauty of mountains and the lap of nature.
