Trump’s immigration crackdown: Trump appoints Homan for border control

Washington – After winning the US presidential election, Donald Trump is busy forming his team these days. In this episode, he has given the responsibility of Border Czar to Tom Homan. Trump posted that I am happy to announce that former ICE director and border control veteran Tom Homan is going to join our government, and will take charge of the country’s borders. This includes the southern border, northern border, all maritime and aviation security.

Trump always talked about the deportation of illegal immigrants during the presidential election campaign. There is no doubt that Trump has got a huge victory on this immigration issue of illegal immigrants. After this, after assuming the presidency, his first task will be the deportation of immigrants living illegally in America. This will be called the largest mass deportation in American history.

Trump has given this big responsibility to Homan to complete this work. This time Trump’s focus will also be on stopping those who come to America illegally. In his speech after winning the election, he has reiterated that while making appointments, he is choosing such people who can strictly implement his plan.
Let us tell you that earlier also Homan’s role in the Trump administration was in controversies.

In fact, in 2018, during Trump’s tenure, more than 5,500 children were separated from their parents on the US-Mexico border. This move was criticized on a large scale. After this widespread protest, this policy was stopped midway. But even at that time, Homan continued to advocate the need for strict immigration rules.
