The South Asian Initiative to End Violence Against Children.
The South Asia follow up on the regional consultation on the UN Study on Violence Against Children is being held at Colombo between 27-31 May 2012. The follow up will review the existing legislations regarding prevention of violence against children in all forms, in the SAARC countries, and recommend changes to these. Representatives from governments of SAARC countries, UN agencies, civil society members and experts will be contributing to the consultation.
