Radhika, Third year BDS student of Swami Devi Dayal College, Village-Goolpura, Raipurrani is missing since 21 days and the police has no clue of girl and the accused Robin Hooda with them. Now, the case has been shifted to detective staff of amballa police. Police registered case of kidnapping against three accused Robin Hooda (Main accused) Hostel warden and Sandy under section 364 and 120-B. On the other hand, Radhikas mother alleged that Robin Hooda is the relative of Higher Official in Government of Haryana. That’s why police is not taking the interest in this case. She is also in fear that the accused might have murdered her daughter. H e also alleged that the college authorities are not co-operating with her.
On the other hand, city police has raided many places in zirakpur, Chandigarh and deerabassi to arrest the accused and the mobile phones are also under surveillance given by the mother of Radhika including Radhika’s mobile.
Pardeep Chaudhary, MLA Kalka and President District Panchkula of INLD said that the name of higher government official of Haryana government is attached with this case. That’s why police is not taking any action on the accused. He also said that on the one side Haryana government is working on the theory that the governmen6t is providing full security to the women’s in the state and on the other side the government is saving the skin of the accused involved in the crime with women’s.
It is pertinent to say that, radhika’s mother stated that they are trying to contact with her daughter on her cell phone since 2nd april but her mobile is switched off. After that she also spoke to the chairman of the college on his cell phone and only after that hostel warden Shipra talked with radhika’s mother and she also gave her the mobile number of her friend Sandy, she lives in Chandigarh. Tripta said that she called sandy and she replied thatradhika went with robin hooda. Sandy gave robin’s mobile number to her. But when radhika’s mother called on robin’s mobile and robin confirmed her that radhika is with her and they will come back after two days. But she waited for two days and finally decided to file a complaint against Robin Hooda. Raipur rani police registered Fir against the accused under section 346 (kidnapping) and the senior police officer of the Raipur rani police station confirmed the FIR.
