Parul Kush Jain takes over as Panchkula DCP

                The Haryana government has appointed Parul Kush Jain, a 2004 batch IPS officer, as the new Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Panchkula. She was earlier posted as the Superintendent of Police (SP), Kurukshetra. Talking to reporters at her office today, Jain said she was looking forward to his new work place. ‘‘This is the first time that I have been posted at Panchkula,’’ she said. Parul Kush Jain has been posted at various places in haryana before being posted as DCP , Panchkula.

     Talking to INVC she said that she will go in public and try to solve their problems as her job is very sensitive and public oriented. She will try to control crime graph of the dictrict and will co-ordinate will Chandigarh, Punjab and Himachal police as panchkula is surrounded by three states. “I will be focusing on carrying out of our routine policing work well. All that I have to say to the residents is that they should respect law and cooperate with the police,’’ she added. ‘‘All policing is community policing. One has to simply perform the job one is given well,’’ she said refusing to comment any further about his future plans for Panchkula. She further added that to control crime , enforcing law & order and meeting people will be her priority.

  2. Change is not easy. But things have 2 change if we want them 2 improve.Change doesn’t happen automatically.
