Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda has extended upto June 30, 2013 the duration of the One Time Settlement Scheme which was introduced by Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation to waive off 75 per cent of the penal interest of all those loanee members who had deposited loan amount in lumpsum and 25 per cent of the penal interest by December 31, 2012.
While stating this today, Haryana Cooperation Minister, Mr Satpal Sangwan said that those who intended to avail the benefit of One Time Settlement Scheme should deposit the balance of loan and interest as on November 30, 2011 with interest from November 30, 2011 to the date of payment with 25 per cent penal interest.
The Minister thanked the Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda for extending the date of the scheme.
He said that for more information about the scheme, the member could contact Primary Cooperative House Construction Committee, Development Officer of Housing Federation, Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies or office of Housing Federation, Panchkula.
