According to the Panchang, Chaturdashi Tithi of Phalgun month will start from 8.02 pm on 17th February and end at 4.18 pm on 18th February. In such a situation, keeping in view the Udaya Tithi, this year the festival of Mahashivratri will be celebrated on Saturday, February 18, 2023.
