The State Government was committed to ensure Skill upgradation of the youth of the State, so that they become job providers instead of job seekers. This was stated by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while addressing a delegation led by the newly appointed State Coordinator Kaushal Vikas Nigam Naveen Sharma who thanked the Chief Minister for appointing him State Coordinator of Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam.
Chief Minister said that the State Government was also ensuring that the youth of the State were made employable for various jobs in Government as well as private sector. He said that Kaushal Vikas Nigam can play a vital role in this direction and ensure Skill upgradation to the youth as per the demand of the industry.
State Coordinator Kaushal Vikas Nigam Naveen Sharma thanked the Chief Minister for entrusting the responsibility on him and assured him that he would work with commitment and dedication to come upto the expectations of the Chief Minister as well as youth of the State. MLA Hamirpur Narender Thakur, Vice Chairman HRTC Vijay Agnihotri, was also present on the occasion among others.
