Mumbai : Learn about the future of Dilip Kumar’s historic Pali Hill bungalow as it gets acquired by realty developer Asher Group. The developer plans to create a remarkable residential complex alongside a museum dedicated to the iconic actor’s journey in the film industry.
Hindi cinema’s veteran actor Dilip Kumar is known for his excellent films and strong performances. He had proved his strong acting in films like Mughal-e-Azam, Devdas, Kranti. Meanwhile, there is news that the late actor’s Mumbai bungalow Pali Hill will soon be demolished and converted into a residential project. His plot has been bought by realty developer Asher Group.
As per reports in a media outlet, the developer will construct an 11-storey luxury residential project at the site, which will have a museum dedicated to the late actor. It is being said that this museum will be dedicated to the life journey of Dilip Kumar. At the same time, it has not been revealed yet that in how many crores the deal of the actor’s bungalow has been done. But before this, in several media reports, the value of his bungalow was allegedly stated to be around Rs 350 crore.
Dilip Saheb’s bungalow is spread over one acre of land. At the same time, it has been said in the media reports that the construction of this residential project will be 1.75 lakh square feet. Along with this, its construction work has started. And as per RERA registration the delivery is scheduled in 2027. Talking to a media organization Ajay Ashar, CMD of Ashar Group said, we will be able to complete it in the next two years.
