The Indian box office saw a clear shift in momentum on Sunday as Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster Dhurandhar continued its unstoppable run, pushing newer releases like Dharmendra’s Ikkis and Kartik Aaryan’s Tu Meri Main Tera… further behind.

Currently, theaters are hosting a mix of genres, including Bollywood action dramas, romantic films, and Hollywood spectacles such as James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash. However, audience preference remains heavily tilted toward Dhurandhar.

‘Ikkis’ Day 4 Box Office Collection

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Ikkis earned ₹5 crore on its fourth day (Sunday), showing a slight weekend recovery. The film had collected ₹4.65 crore on Saturday and ₹3.5 crore on its second day, after opening at ₹7 crore.

Despite the weekend boost, Ikkis has managed a total collection of only ₹20.15 crore, indicating a sharp slowdown against stronger competition.

Kartik Aaryan’s Film Limited to Lakhs

Kartik Aaryan-starrer Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has completed 11 days in theaters, but its earnings have now dropped to the lakhs range. The film collected ₹65 lakh on Saturday and ₹75 lakh on Sunday.

The movie’s total box office collection stands at ₹32.05 crore, with its theatrical run weakening significantly in front of Dhurandhar and Ikkis.

‘Dhurandhar’ Maintains Massive Momentum

Dhurandhar completed 31 days in cinemas on Saturday and continued its dominant performance into its fifth Sunday, earning ₹12.75 crore. The film had already added ₹11.75 crore on Saturday.

With this, Dhurandhar’s total India box office collection has reached ₹772.25 crore, making it one of the biggest earners in recent times. The film’s sustained audience turnout has directly impacted collections of competing releases.

‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ India Box Office Performance

James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash has also completed 17 days in Indian theaters. The Hollywood release earned ₹4.50 crore on Saturday and improved to ₹5.35 crore on Sunday.

The film’s total India collection now stands at ₹174.1 crore, reflecting strong and steady interest among Indian audiences.
