Wednesday Box Office Report – Dhurandhar Leads, The Raja Saab Slows, Ikkees Sees Minor Rise

Mumbai | January 15, 2026

The midweek box office saw a clear winner as Dhurandhar continued its dominant run even on Day 41, while Prabhas’ mega-budget film The Raja Saab struggled to pick up momentum. Agastya Nanda’s Ikkees, meanwhile, showed a marginal improvement but remains far behind in overall collections.

‘Dhurandhar’ Maintains Its Lead

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar remains a top performer across Indian theaters. Released on December 5, 2025, the action entertainer has already crossed the ₹800 crore domestic milestone and continues to attract strong footfall.

  • Day 40 (Tuesday): ₹2.6 crore

  • Day 41 (Wednesday): ₹3 crore

  • Total domestic net collection: ₹813.6 crore

The film’s earnings surged slightly on Wednesday, reaffirming its status as one of the biggest box office successes of recent times.

‘The Raja Saab’ Shows Slow Growth

Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, despite its pan-India release and star-studded cast, is witnessing a slower-than-expected trend compared to its massive budget. Directed by Maruthi, the film features an ensemble including Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Boman Irani, and Zarina Wahab.

  • Tuesday: ₹4.8 crore

  • Wednesday: ₹5.25 crore

  • Total domestic net collection: ₹124.65 crore

While it has crossed the ₹100 crore mark, its performance remains modest relative to its large production budget.

‘Ikkees’ Records Minor Jump

Agastya Nanda’s Ikkees, released on January 1, 2026, marks the final appearance of veteran actor Dharmendra. Despite low overall earnings, the film witnessed a slight midweek rise.

  • Tuesday: ₹42 lakh

  • Wednesday (Day 14): ₹50 lakh

  • Total domestic net collection: ₹30.12 crore

Though its box office journey remains limited, the emotional value surrounding Dharmendra’s last film has kept it in conversation.
