Central Bank of India, one of the largest nationalized Bank of the country has paid Rs.245,11,91,607/-, which includes Dividend on equity shares and PNCPS, to Government of India for the year ended 31/03/2012. In a function organized in the office of Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Finance (E&FS) Shri Namo Narain Meena, Shri M V Tanksale, Chairman & Managing Director alongwith Mrs V R Iyer & Shri R K Dubey, Executive Directors of the Bank handed over the cheque to Shri Namo Narain Meena. On this occasion Shri Alok Nigam, IAS, Joint Secretary, Deptt of Financial Services was present.
During the meeting, Shri Tanksale, briefed the Hon’ble MOS(E&FS) about various activities of the Bank and its future plans.
