Having fewer children is considered good in today’s era. Governments also advise to have 1 or 2 children by running big campaigns by spending crores of rupees. The reason is that the food crisis will deepen on the population explosion and this will increase the problem.
But, Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, has a different opinion on this. They say that things like harming the environment by producing more children are nonsense. Musk has 7 children of his own, and he says that people who do or do not have children with the understanding that the environment will be harmed, then it is a total nonsense. Musk said, some people think that being less is good for the environment. Even if we double our population, nothing is going to happen to the environment.
I know many things about the environment… Japan has the lowest birth rate. To maintain human civilization, it is necessary to produce children. We cannot allow civilization to decline.
Musk has posted on Twitter with the aim of proving his point. In this post, he shares a graph of declining fertility of Americans, showing that the birth rate in America is below the lowest sustainable level of 50 years.
This is not the first time that Musk has raised the issue of declining population. Even before this many statements have been made related to this. He once said that if there is not enough space for people to live on Earth, then there will definitely be enough space for people on Mars.
