AAP’s strategy to strengthen alternative politics in Odisha is ready

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has said that the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Odisha is trying to strengthen itself as an alternative to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). AAP said that a convention of party workers in the state would be held here on Sunday.

Delhi Cantonment MLA and party in-charge for Odisha Virender Singh Kadian will address the function. In this, many other matters including the current situation related to floods in the state will be discussed.

The party said the AAP is devising a strategy to strengthen alternative politics against the way the joint politics of BJD and BJP has hindered the progress of the people of the state.

The party, led by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, is committed to providing free electricity, water, education and healthcare and employment to every youth in Odisha, as in Delhi and Punjab, the release said. It was informed that about 1,200 workers from all the districts of Odisha are expected to participate in the state convention. PLC/GT
