National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) Limited have signed an MoU for collaborative research in the areas of mutual interest. The MoU signed in New Delhi today between the leading Navratnas in the Energy Sectors is for import substitution of Lubricants, Bio–Fuels, Corrosion, NDT, R&D Infrastructure etc.
The MoU was inked by Dr. R.K. Malhotra, Executive Director [R&D], IOCL and Shri Sharad Anand, Executive Director, NTPC Energy Technology Research Alliance [NETRA] in the presence of Shri R.S. Sharma, CMD (NTPC) and Shri Sarthak Behuria, Chairman, (IOCL).
