Military tensions across the Middle East intensified Saturday after Iran launched missiles targeting multiple countries, escalating its conflict with Israel and the United States. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps signaled that retaliatory operations would continue, warning that Israeli and US military installations in the region remain active targets.
IRGC Signals Continued Strikes
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said attacks against Israeli positions and US bases across the region would not stop. According to Fars News Agency, an IRGC-linked source stated that military responses would continue without interruption.
The announcement has heightened concerns of further escalation across the Gulf region.

Reports indicate Iranian missile or drone activity targeting locations in eight countries:
Iraq: Explosions and smoke were reported near US military facilities close to Erbil International Airport.
Jordan: Jordan’s military said it intercepted two ballistic missiles mid-air.
Israel: Missile strikes targeted areas including Tel Aviv.
Saudi Arabia: Explosions were reported in multiple areas; authorities warned against violations of sovereignty.
Qatar: The Al-Udeid Air Base was reportedly targeted.
Kuwait: Ballistic missiles were launched toward Al-Salem Air Base.
United Arab Emirates: Al-Dhafra Air Base was reportedly targeted.
Bahrain: The US Navy’s Fifth Fleet base was named among targets.
Damage assessments across these locations remain under review.
Kuwait Intercepts Ballistic Missiles
Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense confirmed that several ballistic missiles aimed at Al-Salem Air Base were successfully intercepted by air defense systems. Debris reportedly fell near the installation, but no casualties or major structural damage were reported.
Security around military sites has since been heightened.
Drone Attack Foiled at Erbil Airport
In northern Iraq’s Kurdish region, air defenses intercepted a drone headed toward Erbil International Airport, according to local sources. No injuries or infrastructure damage were reported.
The area has faced repeated targeting attempts in recent days.
India Calls for Restraint
India expressed deep concern over the rapidly escalating conflict in West Asia. In an official statement, the government urged all sides to exercise restraint, prioritize civilian safety, and pursue diplomatic channels to reduce tensions.
Indian missions across the region remain in contact with nationals and have advised them to follow local security instructions.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Criticizes US Policy
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi described the military actions against Iran as unlawful and unprovoked. In a public statement, he accused US President Donald Trump of shifting from an “America First” to an “Israel First” policy.
Araghchi said Iran’s armed forces are prepared to respond firmly and warned that military operations would continue.
