Vehicle manufacturer Maruti Suzuki will soon launch the next generation model of its popular sedan Dzire. The company is planning to launch this sedan after Diwali. During the testing of this new model, its pictures have been leaked, which has revealed its design. According to a report, the design of the new Dzire has been kept different from the Swift hatchback to give it a different identity.
Many changes will be seen in the new Dzire, such as a larger grille, full LED headlamps, LED fog lights, new front and rear bumpers, and new alloy wheels. Apart from this, it will also include premium features like 360-degree camera, tri-arrow LED taillights, integrated spoiler on bootlid and electric sunroof. Maruti Suzuki is soon going to launch the next generation model of its most successful sedan Dzire in the Indian market. Recently it was seen during testing, which has revealed its new design.
According to a report, the company is planning to launch this sedan after Diwali. The look of the new Dzire has been specially designed different from the Swift hatchback so that it can get a different identity in the sedan segment. Many attractive features of the next generation Dzire have been seen in the leaked pictures, including a large grille, full LED headlamps, LED fog lights, new front and rear bumpers, and new alloy wheels.
Apart from this, features like 360-degree camera, LED taillights, integrated spoiler on bootlid, and electric sunroof have been added to the car. The new Dzire has been built on Maruti’s Heartect platform, which allows it to share some components with the Swift hatchback. Along with this, features like wireless smartphone connectivity, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 6 airbags, and hill hold control will also make this sedan premium.
The company is also preparing to launch its CNG variant. The car is likely to use a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder Z-series petrol engine, which will generate 82 PS of power and 112 Nm of torque. Apart from this, 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT transmission options will also be available. The interior will have beige upholstery and a dark color dashboard theme. ( PLC & GT )
