जब आम आदमी त्रस्त होगा तो शुरू होगी चैनलों पर हमेशा की तरहा बे- मतलब , -बे-नतीजा बहस ! विपक्ष हो हल्ला करेगा! एक साल निकल जाएगा तब तक आम आदमी और मर जाएगा !
वित्तमंत्री प्रणव मुखर्जी ने आम बजट में भूखे को और भूखा कर दिया तो मौत की दहलीज़ पड़े गरीब को तो मर ही दिया! इतनी सारी योजनायो की शुरुआत फिर भी दूर -दराज में बसे उस आम हिन्दुस्तानी के लिए कुछ नहीं हैं! जो हजारो साल से शोषण का शिकार है !
इस आज़ाद देश में गुलामो से बदतर हालातो में अपना जीवन यापन कर रहा है ! जिसे आज भी जिंदा रहने के लिए कमरतोड़ मेहनत करनी पडती हैं और शाएद ही कभी दोनों वक़्त भर पेट खाना नसीब होता हैं !
वोह आम हिन्दुस्तानी जो दूर -दराज़ के इलाको,गाव ,जंगलो,कस्बो ,हर छोटे – बड़े -शहरो में रहता है या महानगरो की सडको ,गंदे नालो के किनारे ,रेल की पटड़ी के के किनारे, ,झुग्गी -झोपडी बस्ती रहता है !
जो मात्र जिंदा रहने के लिए जो कही ठेला चलता है ,भोझा उठाता है ,मैला साफ करता है , खेती हर है तो कही बधुआ मजदूर है!
ये आम आदमी जो कही भी मिल जाता है ! जो हर क्षेत्र में पिछड़ा ! जो बस ज़िंदा रहना चाहता है ! जिसे विकास का मतलब किसी का नाम मात्र महसूस होता हैं और शेएर बाज़ार . जी .डी.पी . बला -बला का मतलब तक भी नहीं जानता !
उस आम हिन्दुस्तानी के लिए कुछ नहीं जो समाज मुख्य धारा तो क्या मानवीय धरा से भी अलग – थलग पडा है और जब हिम्मत हार जता हैं तो खुद ही मौत को गले लगा लेता है !
जिसके नाम हर साल सरकार कई योजनाये बनाती है और कब कागजी कर्येवाही पूरी होकर! योजनाये पूरी हो जाती है उस आम हिन्दुस्तानी पता भी चलता! गूसखोरी ,दलालों का मकडजाल और सरकारी बाबुओ का बरताव इस आम इन्सान को अपने हक से महरूम करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते !
गोरतलब की पेट्रोल-डिजल के बड़ते दाम सबसे पहले आम आदमी की जेब को सीधा डीला करते है और यही से शुरुआत होती है आम आदमी की थाली के साथ साथ उसकी ज़िन्दगी में भी छेद की ! पहले किराये ,फिर एक दम हर उस चीज़ के दम बड़ते है जो आम आम आदमी के ज़िंदा रहने के ज़रूरी है !
सरकार को इस बात से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता की आम आदमी की कमाई बड़ी के नहीं ! उसे आज भर पेट रोटी मिली के नहीं ! इसके सर पर छत हैं की नहीं या इस आम आदमी के पास जिंदा रहने के लिए मूलभुत सुविधाए है की नहीं !

वित्तमंत्री ने अपने बजट में जैसे ही पेट्रोल डीज़ल के दम बढाने की बात कही तभी यूं पी ये के अलावा बाकि पूरा विपक्ष सदन से बहार आ गया !
लालू प्रसाद यादब,शुषमा स्वराज ,मुलायम सिंह यादव के साथ साथ वाम पंथियो ने भी इसे जन विरोधी बजट बताया तो लालू प्रसाद सब एक साथ मिल कर सडको पर और आनदोलन तक करने की धमकी दे दी
वाही दुसरी और जिनके के लिए बजट सही था उनके चेहरे खिले उसका ताज़ा जीता जगता उदाहरन है शेएर बाज़ार का ऊपर आना !
