South Indian cinema’s most talked-about pair, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, are reportedly preparing to take the next step in their relationship. According to media reports, the couple is set to get married in February 2026, following a private engagement held earlier this year.
The duo, who have remained in the spotlight for years due to their close association, reportedly got engaged in October 2025 in an intimate ceremony attended by close family members and friends. While the actors themselves have maintained silence on social media, the engagement was later confirmed by Vijay Deverakonda’s team.
Wedding Date and Venue Details
According to sources quoted by HT City, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are expected to tie the knot on February 26, 2026. The wedding is reportedly planned in Udaipur, Rajasthan, with the couple choosing a heritage palace venue for the ceremony.
Much like their engagement, the wedding is said to be a private and low-key affair, with attendance limited to immediate family members and a small circle of close friends.
Intimate Ceremony Planned
Both Vijay and Rashmika are known for keeping their personal lives away from public attention. As a result, the couple is reportedly avoiding a large-scale reception and opting for an intimate wedding ceremony instead. It remains unclear whether a separate post-wedding reception will be hosted later for industry colleagues in Hyderabad or any other city.

The couple reportedly exchanged rings on October 3, 2025, shortly after Dussehra, at a private ceremony in Hyderabad. Although no official announcement was made online, both actors were later spotted wearing engagement rings at public appearances, fueling speculation that was later confirmed by Vijay’s representatives.
Love Story Began on the Big Screen
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna first shared screen space in the 2018 blockbuster ‘Geetha Govindam’, where their chemistry won widespread praise. They reunited in ‘Dear Comrade’ (2019), further strengthening their on-screen pairing. Over the years, the two have also been spotted together at international and cultural events, including the New York India Day Parade and India Beyond Borders programs.
