High-level Ukraine–Russia peace talks resumed in Berlin on Monday, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with envoys from U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration, following claims of “a lot of progress” in recent negotiations aimed at ending the prolonged conflict.
According to officials familiar with the discussions, the Berlin talks are focused on security guarantees for Ukraine, potential ceasefire frameworks, and pathways to de-escalation, while firmly avoiding any territorial concessions.
