Ranveer Singh–starrer ‘Dhurandhar’ continues its extraordinary box office run into the start of 2026, delivering one historic milestone after another. According to the latest trade figures available as of January 1, 2026, the film has recorded a massive worldwide collection of ₹1,128.63 crore by its 27th day in theaters.
The film has shown unprecedented dominance across domestic and overseas markets. In India, Dhurandhar has earned approximately ₹722.75 crore (net), while its India gross collection stands at ₹890.79 crore. The film has also performed exceptionally well overseas, adding nearly ₹246 crore from international markets.

With these figures, Dhurandhar has achieved a historic global milestone, becoming the first non-multilingual, single-language Indian film to cross ₹1,000 crore worldwide.
The film has also rewritten domestic box office history. It has surpassed the India net collection records of major Bollywood blockbusters such as ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’, officially emerging as the highest-grossing Bollywood film in India.
Trade analysts note that Dhurandhar is now closing in on another landmark, as it moves toward challenging Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ worldwide record of ₹1,160 crore.
Buoyed by the film’s overwhelming success, the makers have already announced a sequel. ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is currently scheduled for release on March 19, 2026, signaling the start of a new franchise anchored by Ranveer Singh.
