Chennai : The super star Rajinikanth is counted among the biggest stars of Tamil cinema. Fans eagerly wait for his films. He will soon be seen in the film Vettaiyan directed by TJ Gnanavel. The film will be released in theaters this October. Apart from this, there is a lot of curiosity in the minds of fans about the film being made under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Recently the makers had announced the name of this film. This film of Rajinikanth has been named Coolie. Ever since the glimpse of the title was revealed, the excitement of the fans about the film has increased a lot. Meanwhile, a big information has come to light regarding the film. According to the latest media reports, 50 percent to 70 percent of Coolie will be shot in IMAX format.
If the claims of these reports prove to be true, then this will be Lokesh Kanagaraj’s second film to be shot in this format. However, no official announcement has been made by the manufacturers regarding this yet. Coolie is being produced by Sun Pictures. People will get to hear Anirudh Ravichander’s music in the film.
Talking about the work front, Rajinikanth was last seen on the big screen in Laal Salaam. He had an extended cameo role in the film. It was directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth. However, this film could not do anything special at the box office. Before this film, he was seen in Jailer, which made huge money at the ticket window.
