New Delhi  – Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi launched a fresh attack on the Election Commission during a press conference on Thursday, making serious allegations about voter deletions in Karnataka.

Rahul Gandhi claimed that systematic vote theft is being carried out in India through centralized software, targeting Congress voters, minorities, and Dalits.

🔴 “This is Not a Hydrogen Bomb Yet”

The former Congress president said:

“First of all, this isn’t a hydrogen bomb; a hydrogen bomb is coming. This is another milestone in showing the youth how elections are being rigged.”

He alleged that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar was “protecting those who have destroyed Indian democracy.”

🗳️ Vote Deletions in Aland, Karnataka

Rahul Gandhi revealed shocking details about 6,018 fraudulent vote deletion applications in Aland constituency, Karnataka:

  • A booth-level officer noticed his uncle’s vote was deleted.

  • An investigation showed that applications were filed in the names of genuine voters, but none of them had actually filed.

  • Mobile numbers from other states were used to carry out the deletions.

  • The deletions were carried out centrally using software, not by individuals.

💻 “Software-Driven Vote Theft”

Rahul Gandhi explained how the process worked:

  • The first voter in a booth’s serial list was targeted.

  • A software automatically filed deletion applications.

  • Phones from outside Karnataka were used to validate them.

  • The entire operation was “systematic and large-scale,” not local-level tampering.

🚨 Allegations Against Election Commission

According to Rahul Gandhi, the Karnataka CID has sought details of deletions from the Election Commission, but the Commission has not provided any information.

He alleged that by withholding details, the Election Commission is protecting the “murderers of democracy.”

🌐 Congress Prepares for a “Hydrogen Bomb”

Rahul Gandhi also reminded the press of his earlier statement at the “Voter Rights Yatra” in Patna, where he promised to soon “detonate a hydrogen bomb on vote theft,” claiming that after this revelation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi would not be able to face the nation.

Meanwhile, the Congress Party’s official X handle shared a teaser clip from an earlier press conference with the caption:
“Tie the belt on your seat…” accompanied by a Sidhu Moosewala track.
