Bangalore based MetricStream, the market leader in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, has announced that Olympus NDT Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial non-destructive testing and analytical instruments, has chosen MetricStream to automate and strengthen its Quality, Compliance and Audit Management System. MetricStream solutions will help Olympus NDT streamline and harmonize various quality, compliance and audit initiatives, including Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management, Customer Complaint and Satisfaction Management, Supplier Audits, Non-conformance management, Equipment Management, Inspections Management, Document Management and Training Management.
Approximately 1,000 Olympus NDT users across multiple locations in the US and Canada will use these solutions offered via the MetricStream GRC Cloud.
