INVC,NTPC-Badarpur has distributed sarees and blankets to the need persons residing around the station premises under CSR. The program was organized by Deepshikha Mahila Club and the first lady of NTPC-NCR Prof. (Dr.) Anupam Ahuja were invited as the Chief Guest. The President of Deepshikha Mahila Club Mrs. Kasturi Sarkar and other members were also present in the program and distributed the sarees and blankets to the large number of gathering of the needy persons.
Badarpur Station is organizing tailoring, cutting and beautician class for the ladies residing in the nearby areas. After getting training from the classes, the ladies are earning their livelihood and become self-sufficient. BTPS is also organizing free medical camps from time to time for the nearby residents and distribute medicines and provide necessary aid to the people free of cost.
