NIA Arrests Another Key Conspirator in Red Fort Car Bomb Blast Case

New Delhi, November 18:
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Jasir Bilal Wani from Srinagar for his alleged role in the November 10 Red Fort car bomb blast, strengthening the agency’s assessment that the incident was a planned terror attack involving multiple conspirators.

According to officials, Wani is part of a wider network responsible for procuring explosives, arranging logistics, and coordinating reconnaissance near the Red Fort parking zone. The NIA believes he maintained links with other accused already detained in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

The arrest follows recent raids across the NCR and several states, as agencies work to uncover the full module behind the blast. Investigators say more arrests are likely as they piece together communication records, financing routes, and cross-border connections.
