In this episode, BJP MP Naveen Jindal’s mother and former minister Savitri Jindal has taken a rebellious stance after not getting a BJP ticket. At the same time, Haryana’s power minister Ranjit Chautala has also adopted a rebellious tone against the BJP. In this episode, Ranjit Singh has announced to leave the BJP and contest the election as an independent. According to the information, he will show his strength in Rania on September 8. Ranjit said that the BJP high command has offered me to contest the election from Dabwali, but I refused this offer. After not getting the ticket from Rania seat, Chautala said that he will not take any decision in haste. This decision of Savitri Jindal is being considered a big setback for BJP, because she has been an important and influential leader.
Unhappy with the ticket being given to former MP Sunita Duggal from Ratia assembly constituency, Ratia’s current MLA Laxman Napa has said goodbye to the party. Napa sent his resignation to BJP state president Mohanlal Badoli late on Wednesday night. Sunita Duggal had become active in Ratia area for some days. Voices of protest had already started rising in the party when the workers got the hint of Duggal getting the ticket. The workers had written a letter to the state president demanding the ticket to be given to a local candidate. The workers had demanded the ticket to be given to any one of the current MLA Laxman Napa, District President Baldev Groha and Mukhtiyar Bajigar. Sarpanches of many villages have also been made to write. But despite this, the high command has given the ticket to Sunita Duggal.
In 2014, IRS Sunita Duggal left her government job and entered politics. In the 2014 assembly elections, she was made the BJP candidate from Ratia assembly constituency. She lost to INLD candidate Ravindra Baliala by just 453 votes. Later she was made the chairperson of Scheduled Caste Development Corporation in the Haryana government. In 2019, she was made the BJP candidate from Sirsa Lok Sabha constituency. She defeated the then Congress state president Ashok Tanwar by 3,09,918 votes, taking 7,14,351 votes. She was not given a ticket in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. After resigning from the BJP, Laxman Napa is likely to join the Congress. According to people associated with Napa, he will join the Congress under the leadership of former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda in Delhi on Thursday. Haryana’s Power Minister Chaudhary Ranjit Singh did not get the ticket from the Bharatiya Janata Party for Rania Assembly constituency, after which Ranjit Singh called a meeting of workers at his residence in Sirsa on Thursday. In this meeting, Ranjit Singh discussed his next step and made it clear that he will definitely contest the elections. He also told that calls from senior BJP leaders based in Delhi are coming continuously. But now Ranjit Chautala has decided to contest the elections as an independent candidate. Satpal Bajigar, District Media Incharge of BJP Kisan Morcha in Fatehabad, has also resigned from all the posts of the party. He announced that he will now join the Congress party. After this decision of Satpal Bajigar, the wave of discontent within the BJP has intensified.
Along with Satpal, Advocate Gurmeet Bajigar, Vice President of Bhirdana Mandal, has also said goodbye to the BJP. He said that the BJP is no longer listening to the workers and outside candidates are being promoted within the party.
After her ticket was denied by BJP, former Haryana minister Savitri Jindal called an important meeting of her supporters in Hisar. A large number of her supporters gathered in this meeting and discussed the strategy for the upcoming elections. Savitri Jindal announced to contest elections from Hisar and said that where did the talk of rebellion against BJP come from, I was not even in BJP.
