Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister released ‘Vayangya’ collection titled ‘Khabardar Jo Vayangya Likha’ of Shri Gurmeet Bedi, literary writer in a function organized at Una yesterday. The collection contain 78 ‘Vayangyas’ which has been published in various magazines.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister lauded the efforts of Shri Bedi and said that his contribution for literature was a lot. He said that Himachal Pradesh has congenial atmosphere which provide appropriate opportunity to the writers for writings. He said literature was a mirror of the society.
Shri Satpal Satti, Chief Parliamentary Secretary also spoke on the occasion.
Shri Virender Kanwar, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Shri Balbir Chaudhary, MLA, Shri Parveen Sharma, Vice Chairman, State Water Management Board, Shri K.R. Bharati, Deputy Commissioner and other litterateurs were present on the occasion among others.
