Karwa Chauth 2025:
The festival of Karwa Chauth is celebrated with devotion and love across India and other parts of the world. On this sacred day, Goddess Karva and the Moon God are worshipped. Married women observe a nirjala vrat (waterless fast) for the long life, prosperity, and well-being of their husbands.

The fast is traditionally broken after sighting the moon, symbolizing unwavering love and faith between husband and wife. During the evening rituals, women gather to listen to the Karwa Chauth Katha (story) and perform puja together to seek the blessings of Goddess Karva and elders.

Listening to the Katha at the right time is considered highly auspicious, bringing happiness, peace, and prosperity to the family.
