India’s Smartphone Manufacturing on the Rise

The ‘Made in India’ smartphone market is projected to grow 6% in 2024, driven by increasing exports from global tech giants Apple and Samsung. According to a recent report, these two companies alone account for 94% of India’s total smartphone exports in 2024. Their expansion of manufacturing facilities in India is strengthening supply chains and reducing dependence on imports.
