India-Oman CEPA Trade Agreement to be Signed Soon, Says Omani Ambassador

India-Oman Trade Pact Update – The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between India and Oman is set to be finalized soon. According to Omani Ambassador to India Eisa Saleh Abdullah Saleh Alshibani, negotiations have been completed, and the agreement is now in the final legal and administrative stages.

In an interview with PTI, the Ambassador said, “We hope that the agreement will be signed very soon.”

The trade pact aims to expand cooperation beyond the energy sector, opening new opportunities in products, services, and investment flows. Both countries are preparing to enhance economic ties and boost bilateral trade under the new agreement.
