Gulzar releases PLATINUM PANCHAM, a 2 DVD Pack on the 75th Birth Anniversary of music maestro R. D. Burman

The entire country remembered music director R. D. Burman (Pancham) on his 75th Birth Anniversary on 27 June 2014. On the occasion Shemaroo Entertainment launched a special 2 DVD pack called PLATINUM PANCHAM as a tribute to the music maestro. The Pack was released by this year’s Dadasaheb Phalke Award Winner Gulzar, film director Raj Sippy, singers Bhupinder Singh & Mitali Singh and R.D. Burman’s loyal musicians – Amrutrao Katkar, Ranjit Gazmer (Kancha) & Homi Mullan, at Tilak Smarak, Pune, in a special show conducted by the Pancham Magic Group. Gulzar, who mesmerized the 1000 strong audience with interesting anecdotes on Pancham also mentioned that while working with Pancham, none of them realized that they were working with an absolute genius.
