First lunar eclipse of the year 2023 is going to happen on Buddha Purnima

The first lunar eclipse of this year is going to happen on the day of Buddha Purnima. The lunar eclipse will start at 8.45 pm on May 5 and will end by 1 am. The sutak period of lunar eclipse starts 9 hours before. But, this lunar eclipse will not be visible in India, in which case the Sutak period will not be valid. This first lunar eclipse of the year is going to be a shadow lunar eclipse.
