New Delhi : According to information received from sources, the investigating agency Enforcement Directorate has almost completed its investigation process into the liquor scam. Almost all the accused in the scam have been interrogated, based on the statements of the accused, Aam Aadmi Party candidates, workers and party officials from Goa have also been interrogated to establish the money trail.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will try to conduct the hearing of the liquor scam case related to Arvind Kejriwal at a fast pace. The investigating agency will try to complete this entire process within a year. If this happens then the final result of this case may come out by the end of this year. Since Delhi Assembly elections will also be held next year in January-February 2025, it may also have an impact on the Delhi Assembly elections. There is talk that Aam Aadmi Party may try to contest the assembly elections under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal by keeping his wife Sunita Kejriwal in the front.

Till now, this process could not be completed due to the Chief Minister not being present. But the way the Delhi High Court has taken its stand on Arvind Kejriwal, it has opened the way for the investigation agency to investigate.
According to the information, efforts will be made to connect these links by making Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal sit in front along with other accused. After this the charge sheet of the case will be filed in the court. After the charge sheet is filed, efforts will be made to conduct the hearing of the case at a fast pace, so that the final solution to the case can be found soon.
Aam Aadmi Party sources say that it is not considering this matter as closed yet. Party leaders believe that their role can be strengthened after the statements of many witnesses related to this case come out. AAP leaders feel that like Sanjay Singh, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia may also get relief soon in this matter.
However, the way the Aam Aadmi Party has started making its strategy by bringing forward Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal, it is believed that after Arvind Kejriwal is surrounded by investigation, the command of the party can be handed over to Sunita Kejriwal. . Along with this, she can also be a contender for the post of Chief Minister from Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi Assembly elections 2025.
