Bollywood and Hollywood releases are currently sharing the spotlight, but Dhurandhar capitalized on the weekend surge, strengthening its grip at the domestic box office. Meanwhile, James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash also posted steady growth on its third day, keeping the competition alive.


🎬 Dhurandhar Strengthens Box Office Hold

Dhurandhar continued its dominant run, registering a significant jump in earnings on its third Sunday. On Day 17, the film collected ₹38.50 crore, taking its total domestic box office collection to ₹555.75 crore.

The film had opened strongly with ₹28 crore on its first day, and its sustained momentum signals strong word-of-mouth and repeat audiences, firmly placing it among the year’s biggest hits.


🌍 Avatar: Fire and Ash Maintains Momentum

Hollywood spectacle Avatar: Fire and Ash showed solid weekend growth as it attempted to challenge Dhurandhar’s dominance. On Day 3, the film earned ₹25 crore, up from ₹22.25 crore on Saturday.

After opening at ₹19 crore, the film’s total Indian box office collection now stands at ₹66.25 crore, reflecting steady audience interest despite fierce competition.


🎥 Akhanda 2 Sees Weekend Boost

South Indian action sequel Akhanda 2, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, recorded improved numbers on Sunday. The film collected ₹3.4 crore, pushing its 10-day total to ₹84.4 crore.


🎭 Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 Nears Exit

Comedy sequel Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, featuring Kapil Sharma, appears to be nearing the end of its theatrical run. The film managed just ₹46 lakh on Sunday, with its 10-day total reaching ₹11.88 crore.
