Chennai : Get a glimpse of South star Dhanush’s directorial venture, D50, as the shooting kicks off. The intriguing poster showcases his new look with a clean-shaven head and hints at an intense storyline.
South Indian actor Dhanush, known for his performances in hit films like ‘Raanjhanaa,’ has gained recognition as a Pan India star. He has established a distinct identity for himself based on his acting skills. Not only is he a talented actor, but he has also proven himself as a great director.
Just a few days ago, Dhanush announced his second directorial venture, titled ‘D50.’ Recently, Sun Pictures released the first poster of the film, revealing that the shooting has commenced. In this poster, Dhanush appears in a remarkably different look.
Dhanush always strives to impress his fans, even if it means experimenting with his appearance. The makers unveiled a new poster for Dhanush’s film, featuring the actor with a clean-shaven head. Though his face is not visible in the poster, it is evident from his back that he has put in a lot of effort for the role. The poster showcases a factory in the background, with red markings extending up to the sky. Dhanush shared the poster on social media with the caption, “Shoot has begun, Om Namah Shivay.”
In ‘D50,’ Dhanush not only plays the lead role but also takes on the directorial responsibilities. Alongside the poster release, he mentioned that the film’s shooting has commenced. On Monday morning, Dhanush visited the Tirupati temple with his two sons, Yatra and Linga, as well as his parents, to seek blessings.
Fans were surprised to see Dhanush sporting a clean-shaven head and wearing a Rudraksh garland around his neck. Apart from ‘D50,’ Dhanush will also be seen in Aanand L Rai’s film ‘Tere Ishq Mein,’ for which the teaser has been released to the audience.
