· Vehicles to be used by Akshaya Patra Foundation to deliver mid-day meals to 3000 school children in Mathura District ,mid-day meals are also being funded by Dhanuka Agritech Limited

Present at the occasion were Mr. Harish Mehta, Sr. General Manager, Dhanuka Agritech Limited & Mr. Rohit Choudhury , Corporate Partnership & Innovation from Akshaya Patra Foundation.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. RG Agarwal, Group Chairman, Dhanuka Agritech said, “Dhanuka has always placed its corporate social responsibility as a top priority in areas of rural development, educational promotion and livelihood assistance. We have been working for the less-privileged individuals, especially children, since inception. Our mission has always been to enable the less privileged to lead a better life. This support is a small step to ensure better health for these individuals which would further prevent drop outs.”
He further adds, “It gives me immense joy & pleasure in watching the young children benefiting from our initiatives. We will continue to extend our support to the society.”
Mr. Rohit Choudhury, Akshaya Patra Foundation, said, “We are happy and grateful to Dhanuka Agritech for coming forward to help us. These efforts will surely help us go a long way. I wish more companies follow the steps of Dhanuka Agritech through their CSR activities so that we can have a better world to live in, eradicating hunger & illiteracy in the areas of Mathura & Agra. With 10845 schools in 10 states catering from 24 kitchens, our mission is to feed 5 million children by 2020 as against 1.4 million today”
